In addition to the US Marines, US Airmen have been sharing nude photos of women on an anonymous website called Anon-IB. Anonymous Airmen solicit the photos by posting fully clothed photographs of their female colleagues on the site and then ask if there are any “wins” – their term for hits of nude photos.
“Any wright patt wins? I’ll start off with some,” one anonymous user posted on the message board, referring to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.
News of this message board comes on the heels of the Facebook page known as “Marines United.” More than two dozen active-duty women, officers and enlisted, who were fully identified by their rank, full name and location appeared on the Facebook page.
Colonel Bradley W. McDonald is the 88th Air Base Wing and Installation Commander, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He commands one of the largest air base wings in the Air Force with more than 27,000 Air Force military, civilian, and contractor employees. The wing provides support and services to one of the largest, most diverse, and most organizationally complex bases in the Air Force including a major acquisition center, research and development laboratories, a major command headquarters, an airlift wing, and the world’s largest military air museum. The base is the largest single site employer in the state of Ohio.
Colonel McDonald entered the Air Force after graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in 1994.
