Subject: An announcement

To commanders and staff of the Pacific Region, I have accepted a fantastic day job offer out of the region and will be stepping down as PCR Commander in the next few weeks. I am working on the transition timing with Gen Vazquez and Gen Myrick and expect to have more details for all of you later this week.

It has been my honor and privilege to be your commander for these last 3 plus years. I thank each of you for what you have done, what you are doing and what you will continue to do for Pacific Region and Civil Air Patrol.

Regards,
Col Brian L. Bishop, CAP
