Here is an update on the February 18th 2016 Florida Wing Officers in the Porn Business story.
The McSparrons remain in the Civil Air Patrol and are attending CAP meetings and activities in Central Florida. CAP Command previously assured the public that both had resigned after NOTF broke a story that they were “porn stars” and provided links to their “adult” web pages.
CAP Lt Col Kevin McSparron was the summer Florida Wing Cadet Encampment Commander in 2015. He has been involved with cadet programs for many years. So, AuxBeacon looked into this further.
According to CAP Regulation 35-3, Section B, Paragraph 4, Part b (1), Termination for Cause. Senior members whose conduct, behavior or effectiveness fail to meet the standards of CAP as set forth in paragraph 1 of this regulation shall have their membership terminated for cause. Termination action may be justified by the seriousness of a single incident or by repeated minor incidents, none of which alone would justify termination action. Termination for cause is defined as follows: (1) Conduct involving moral turpitude.
The Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club Calendar, dated March 26th 2016, shows that Lt Col Kevin McSparron did not resign from the CAP as he and his wife had stated back in February 2016. They are still working directly with cadets.

Lt Col McSparron’s wife Maj Heather McSparron, the Squadron Cadet Drug Demand Reduction Officer is on Twitter involved in hardcore porn while CAP Command has taken no action.

During the past few months, the Chair of the CAP Board of Governors Col Jayson Altieri has been visiting various CAP events and schools around the country while completely removed from the Nova felony story and other troubling issues that require attention.
All of this comes on the heels of the recent molestation charges in the Middle East Region, North Carolina Wing.

My child was in his squadron for years and told many people, the group commander and higher ups about violations in CAP policy and other harrasment and hazing situations and no one did anything. CAP knew about this man and did nothing.

It is not private if the behavior is broadcast across Twitter and Social Media for CAP cadets to view during encampments led by the participants. Multiple franchises of this CAP Accountability Service hold full photographic and video evidence of what was made available through each channel.
Other CAP members who have filed complaints on CAP commander fraud and abuse have been charged with inappropriate web and social media displays in order to dismiss their complaints against favored commanders who have sensitive information on those up their chain of command.
CAP Regulation 35-3(4)(b) covers Senior Member Termination for Cause
Termination for cause is defined as follows:
(1) Conduct involving moral turpitude.
(2) Conduct unbecoming a member of CAP.
(3) Financial irresponsibility.
(4) Insanity, habitual drunkenness, sexual perversion or illiteracy.
As a result of parental pressure and the articles on NOTF and here, content has been removed from the original media outlets, but this does not change the requirement to terminate for cause(s) listed above.

We’ve been given the impression that Al Bedgood has done something wrong. What?
If you have any experience with human nature, you might have a guess as to what has happened here. Heather McSparron had been operating as NikkiKay_22 on Twitter and has been photographed in interactions with multiple men at one time. Her husband works the camera.
It is very likely that compromising images of other CAP officers have been collected.
My Squadron Commander told me that this is all satire, not real, but you are showing genuine articles that appear in the real, every-day media. What gives? Why are they telling us this is satire?
I have been attacked repeatedly. I have written letters, filed retaliation complaints that just disappear and spoke to National staff people including the past National Commander.
They, being the Southeast Region and below, hope we will get fed up and quit.
They investigate frivolous complaints against us, but do not follow through with Cadet Protection complaints against the favored, these being complaints that just get swept under the carpet.
You losers are just jealous of our awesome Florida weather and command influence over tight targets of opportunity. We do what we want and your pathetic effort in journalism will never change that.
