Greetings Members of the PAWG:
I would like to take a moment of your time to explain to you since some members got an email from NHQ, but the majority of our members didn’t receive that email. The email was from the Membership department of NHQ announcing that there will be new rates for membership renewals effective 01 Oct 2017.
PAWG cadets new renewal rate and new cadet rate will now be $ 36.00. Senior Member new renewal rate will be $ 56.00 and the 1 time new senior member fee will remain $ 10.00. This is an increase of $ 4.00 for you as members of CAP. Membership fees are set by NHQ, NER and each Wing. All members of the 9 Wings in the NER all will have an increase of at least $ 4.00.
I want to let you know the PAWG gets a portion of your membership dues. PAWG currently receives $ 5.00 for each cadet member and $ 15.00 for each Senior Member. This will continue to be the case after 01 Oct 2017 as the PAWG has chosen not to raise our portion of the dues for more than 20 years.
We as the PAWG command staff appreciate all you do for CAP, the PAWG, your Groups and your Squadrons!
Respectfully
Gary
