[Editor’s Note: It is much better when Civil Air Patrol members, former members and AuxBeacon readers write their own reports for us to consider. This just in this morning June 10th and back-dated to June 3rd, the day of the result. Thank you for your contribution.]

I don’t understand why you haven’t published the actual story yet??! What the deuce?

Civil Air Patrol advocate and nine-term US Congressman Steve King of Iowa has lost his Republican primary race to Iowa state senator Randy Feenstra. King’s ever bolder racist actions and comments led to House Republican leaders rebuking him and stripping him of his committee assignments. A year ago, Trump even barred him from Air Force One when the President visited his state.

GOP National Committee Chair Ronna McDaniel tweeted congrats to Feenstra last Wednesday and told everyone that:

“King’s white supremacist rhetoric is totally inconsistent with the Republican Party, and I’m glad Iowa Republicans rejected him at the ballot box.”

Civil Air Patrol’s Steve King blamed everyone but himself and those commanders in Civil Air Patrol who puffed up his head with their support for his Christian dogma and bigotry.

King was quoted saying:

“The Never Trumpers are the people who ginned this all up” in their “effort to push out the strongest voice for full spectrum, constitutional Christian conservatism that exists in the United States Congress.”

But his replacement is not much better. Randy Feenstra graduated from Western Christian High School, where he is proud to say that he played basketball. While he holds a Masters in Public Administration from Iowa State, his bachelor’s degree is from Dordt College. Dordt is a private, Christian, liberal arts school in Sioux Center, Iowa. Founded in 1955, Dordt is affiliated with the Christian Reformed Church. Now called Dordt University, the school is committed to a Reformed (read that as Calvinist), Christian perspective that embraces the Bible as the word of God.

I don’t believe Dordt would ever show their students the evidence of Roman assimilation of Judaism with ancient mystery religions as Martin Luther King Jr exposed in his 1950 paper “The Influence of the Mystery Religions on Christianity.” See the Stanford University copy of this paper.

Why is any US government leader in the 21st century allowed to evade on this important matter? Why is Feenstra so abusively divisive in his attacks? He said, for example:

“…I will remain focused on my plans to deliver results for the families, farmers and communities of Iowa. But first, we must make sure this seat doesn’t land in the hands of Nancy Pelosi and her liberal allies in Congress.”

Don’t educated people have the right to representation in our Hawkeye State?
